Shipping

We offer a $20 Australia wide flat rate shipping fee.

 

We use a combination of Australia Post, and couriers to ship your orders, and a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is ready to head out, so you can follow it's journey from us to you. Please keep this tracking number handy to contact Australia Post or said courier directly with any issues. 

Your order will generally be shipped out within 24 hours of the order being received, with the exception of busy periods, which may take slightly longer. 

Depending on what you order, your items will be shipped in either a satchel or a box. 

We currently don't ship internationally, and only ship within Australia. 

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when checking out, as we can not be held responsible for loss or packages due to incorrect delivery details. 

 

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is automatically included on all online orders. This is so, in the unlikely event your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will lodge a claim with the courier so the order can be replaced. Please note that once we open a claim with the courier, the timeframe of it being assessed and completed is beyond our control.
